We may take proportionate security measures where necessary, subject to applicable legal obligations.
4. Eligibility
Purchases may be made by individuals legally capable of entering into sales contracts or by those acting with valid parental or guardian authorisation where required.
5. Products and Descriptions
We aim to provide accurate information about materials, dimensions, finishes, available colours, personalisation options and other essential product characteristics.
Minor differences in visual appearance may occur because of lighting or display settings, provided the delivered product remains in conformity with the contract.
We will not knowingly present misleading product information or false representations.
6. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform the customer and offer a lawful and appropriate solution, including a refund where required.
Customers will not be required to accept a substitute product without agreement.
7. Prices and Currencies
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the destination and store settings.
Before an order is placed, the customer will be informed of the total payable price and any applicable additional charges as required by law.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases, but existing contractual prices will not be changed improperly after an order has been concluded.
8. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional campaigns, discounts, gifts and special offers will be presented with clear conditions.
Any advertised price reductions must comply with the applicable pricing and consumer protection requirements of the relevant market.
Promotional purchases continue to benefit from statutory consumer protections.
9. Placing an Order
Customers must provide accurate information during checkout and review their selections before completing payment.
The checkout process will identify when placing an order creates an obligation to pay.
Order confirmation will be supplied electronically. The conclusion of the contract will follow the information communicated during checkout and applicable law.
Where a genuine error, justified fraud concern or inability to fulfil an order arises, we will seek an appropriate lawful resolution.
10. Payments
Payments are handled through the payment methods made available during checkout, which may include cards, digital wallets or other supported services.
Payment processors may apply their own security and transaction procedures.
Refunds and reversals will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Refund & Returns Policy.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Our normal order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Estimated international transit time is 7–20 business days after dispatch.
The normal estimated total timeframe is 8–23 business days, subject to the delivery period disclosed and agreed before checkout.
Free standard international shipping is available for all orders to countries served by our store.
Mandatory rights relating to delayed, lost or undelivered orders remain protected.
Full details are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
12. International Taxes and Customs
Cross-border orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and customs procedures depending on the applicable rules.
Any additional charges potentially payable by the customer will be disclosed before purchase as required by law. We remain responsible for tax obligations legally assigned to our business.
13. Personalised Jewellery
Some products may be manufactured or engraved according to customer specifications, including names, initials, dates or personal messages.
Customers should verify their personalisation details before placing an order. Any additional production time will be disclosed before purchase.
Under EU law, genuinely personalised products may fall within a statutory exception to the normal withdrawal right. Such exceptions do not remove legal rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.
14. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Our Refund & Returns Policy explains the applicable processes for cancellations, exchanges, returns and reimbursements.
EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for eligible distance purchases, subject to legally recognised exceptions.
Mandatory rights under other applicable national laws will also be respected.
15. Legal Guarantees
Products benefit from the statutory guarantees required by applicable consumer law.
EU consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods. Remedies for non-conforming products may include repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination, subject to legal conditions.
These rights are independent of any voluntary commercial guarantee.
16. Shopify Platform
Our online store uses Shopify technology and may integrate third-party payment, logistics and ecommerce services.
Use of these service providers does not eliminate the seller's responsibilities to consumers under applicable law.
17. Personal Data
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where relevant.
18. Intellectual Property
Website text, photographs, design elements, trademarks and other creative materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their respective owners.
Unauthorised commercial reproduction or distribution of protected materials is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
19. Customer Reviews
Customers may submit reviews and feedback where this feature is available. Reviews must not be fraudulent, unlawful or infringe third-party rights.
We will not knowingly present fabricated testimonials as verified customer experiences. Use of customer images or testimonials for marketing will be subject to applicable consent and legal requirements.
20. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not misuse the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, commit fraud or violate the rights of other users or third parties.
21. Third-Party Services
Our website may link to independent third-party websites and services. Their own policies may apply. However, use of service providers does not remove our statutory contractual obligations.
22. Website Availability
We aim to maintain a reliable and secure website. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or external circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Our Responsibilities
We undertake to provide accurate commercial information, fulfil contractual commitments, respect delivery and refund obligations, protect personal information and provide legally required consumer remedies.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused exclusively by unlawful user conduct or circumstances for which we are not legally liable.
No provision excludes or limits liability for fraud, defective products, contractual breaches or other matters where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future transactions to reflect changes in our operations or the law.
Updates will be published with the revision date. Existing contractual rights will not be reduced improperly by later changes.
26. Applicable Law
These terms are structured with reference to Cyprus law and relevant European Union consumer rules, subject to confirmation of the legal identity and establishment of the actual seller.
Any applicable choice of law will not deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws of their country of habitual residence where such protections apply.
27. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Customers may contact us to seek an amicable solution to complaints or disputes.
Where applicable, consumers may also use competent consumer authorities, alternative dispute resolution bodies or courts with jurisdiction under the relevant law.
These terms do not require consumers to waive access to legally competent courts.
28. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible and appropriate.
